SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO COVID

 

Due to Covid-19 impacting the retail industry’s supply chain and shipping centers, our production time for apparel orders has been extended from 2-7 business days to 6-12 business days. Please allow 6-12 days for production and 2-7 additional business days for standard shipping, from your order date. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Your orders will arrive to you in approximately 3 weeks.

SHIPPING (During Non-Covid Conditions)

Shipping is available to United States addresses only. All products are made-to-order in the US and leave our facility within 2-7 business days. Please allow 2-7 additional business days for standard shipping. After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number via email once the item has left our facility. If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days of placing your order, please notify us via email at support@laughstoself.com so we may look into the matter.

 

US orders are shipped via the following carriers: FedEx, USPS, DHL.

 

We cover replacement for items damaged in transit, lost in transit, or generally misrouted packages if a correct and full address was provided. If this applies, please submit a claim to support@laughstoself.com within 14 days after your estimated delivery date.

  

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  

RETURNING PACKAGES

Contact us at support@laughstoself.com before returning any products. We do not refund or exchange orders, per our Return Policy. Size exchanges are at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
